problem about Installation of RQM

In the process of configuring RQM,I found a problem in the step of Registration application.The specific error message
is "_b(_10,_e)is undefined.".
Install version is JTS-CCM-QM-RM-repo-3.0M11 and RQM-Trial-Licenses-repo-3.0M11.
