[closed] Internet Explorer 7 fails to logon

When I try to logon to RQM 1.0.1.1 via Internet Explorer 7, soon to be the only supported browser in my company, the home page refreshes. No error message appears. I'm just not logged in. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Using a browser other than Internet Explorer is not a solution for us.

1.0.1.1 fixed the problem with IE 7.0

Try to clean IE cache just in case anything from previous RQM version is
there... but, it is working for me...

As workaround while you investigate the problem, you can try to login to
Jazz admin console (/jazz/admin) and from there navigate to RQM console.

Hope this helps,

Chemi.

After clearing the cache, the symptom persists.

Having the fully qualified server name in the URL path seems to allow me to logon about 30% of the time. We have a testing team coming in to evaluate RQM for their needs. If they can't logon, they will have no use for the product. The admin logon route works for me but will not work for the testers as they will not have admin rights.

The symptom is appearing for RQM 1.0.1.1 with IE7.
