Problems in the use of RQM

My system is win7, I have encounter some problems in the use of RQM, maybe the root cause is the configure of installation. The problem is like I can't creat a test plan, test case(can't save), ect. Who have encountered the problems like this, and how to sovle it?

Although Win7 isn't an officially supported platform, I've been successfully using RQM on it for a while now. What type of errors do you see? When you say that you can't create a test plan, do you not see a "Create Test Plan" menu action? That would indicate a permissions issue.

Look for any javascript errors you maybe seeing in your browser. Or maybe even try a different browser.

Look for errors in the server log file (rqm.log).
