Hi Gary,

There is some documentation in our wiki on creating and deploying a new
report in RTC using the BIRT report designer - it can be found here:

In general, we haven't been promoting using the BIRT designer to RTC
users in the 1.0 timeframe; the BIRT tools have a fairly steep learning
curve for the uninitiated, and there are a lot of "gotchas". Having said
that, we've successfully used it to create the more than 50 reports that
we will ship with RTC.

Our existing report designs are good starting points if they are close
to what you are trying to achieve; if you have any questions about
various aspects of them, just ask and we'll try to provide answers.
