RTC - RC1 - Problem after changing jazz repository user pass

The user id specified in the ccm/teamserver.properties file had a password expire so I changed the password and updated the teamserver.properties file for both ccm and jts. After recycling the server I now keep having problems because ccm is no longer a registered application. Can you tell me what I need to do to get it registered. I tried running jts/setup but when I get to the register applications page and try to add ccm I I have insufficent information to fille in the fields.
