RQM 3.0.1 RC2 installation question

Will the RQM 3.0.1 RC2 version of the product have an upgrade path when the GA version is released. I have to install next week and I want to be able to install the single jazz server for RQM / RTC and I would prefer not to have to migrate to multiple jazz servers into one. Anyone know the answer to this?

Just to add another voice to this request. I am in a similar situation. We are likely installing RTC 3.0 and I want to use the version or RQM that best fits the need to work reasonably well; work with RTC 3.0 on the same server; and have a migration path to the final RQM 3.x GA release.

I would assume right now the main options would be to go with RQM 2.0.1.1 iFix3 (assuming it can co-exist and integrate with RTC 3.0;) go with RQM Beta 3; or 3.0.1 RC2 .. are these valid assumptions?

Thanks

David,

I reach out to one my contacts at IBM and this is the response I received...

Rational does not support pre-release code (a beta drop or release candidate) in a production environment. This is actually called out in the T&Cs governing access to the pre-release bits. Similarly, we do not support an update from a pre-release drop to the GA version. So this is not a path we want to see them going down.
