RTC 3.0 SCM and RSA: Project is out of sync message displays

Hi,

Receiving the following message in RSA after a file has been checked in and delivered to the stream from a standalone RTC 3.0 client workspace: "Project is out of sync". So, instead of an Incoming folder displaying on RSA for the change set, they see the message that there project is out of sync.
Has anyone seen this problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Did you try the asking the resource which made the change to refresh in the "Pending Changes" view using "Refresh Sandbox and Remote Changes", Look for small black arrow beside the Views refresh button.

i did a fresh in the eclipse project explorer, that synced the file
