Who hasn't cliecked the Done button in a Review?
Question about Reviews in RRC 2.0
In order to finish a review, the Creator needs to click the "Finalize Review" button, but the "Finalize Review" button is only displayed after all Participants have clicked the "Done" button. Until all Participants click the Done button, they may have marked all artifacts as reviewed... but if they haven't clicked the Done button, the Finalize Review button will not be displayed to the creator. So know here's what's happening: The creator of this Review can see that all Participants have marked the artifacts as Reviewed, but the Finalize Review button is not yet displayed. This means that a least one Participant have not clicked the Done button. Is there any way the Creator can know who hasn't clicked the Done button? I have run tests here... but I could find anything. Thought a Report would have that... but it doesn't. Does anoyone know if it's possible to know that through the tool? Thank you |

Any participant whose status is 100% (as opposed to "Done") still has not clicked the Done button.
Also, the Creator can manually mark reviewers as Done: * pause the review * select the participants not yet "Done" * click the Change Status button * choose "Set to done". * continue the review YOu should now be able to finalize the review |
Any participant whose status is 100% (as opposed to "Done") still has not clicked the Done button. Thank you for the reply. I'll have to manually set the to Done as you described. However, you mentioned that the Participants that have not clicked Done are the ones whose status is 100% as opposed to Done. But where do I see, as the Creator, the 100% or Done? In the Reviewers section, the Status column shows "All Reviewed" both if the Participant's has clicked Done or not. Thank you |
