You need to talk to BSd Group, they currently offer a synchroniser between RTC and QC. My understanding is that there is a new release of the synchroniser due shortly which will address the HP QC integration.

We've already looked at the RTC syncrohnisr for bringing defect information over, and will be looking at the RRC/DRP integration for requriements traceability when we're able.
