ReqPro import to RRC didn't work

Joseph Brotz (111) | asked Mar 04 '11, 4:54 p.m.
I recently installed RRC-Win-Web-Installer-3.0M9. I created a baseline of one of my ReqPro projects, zipped it, and then tried to import it to RRC. I got the following error message: "Unable to upload RequisitePro project baseline file: ID CRRRW7600E There was an error while trying to upload RequisitePro project baseline file. Please make sure that the file is of the correct format and try again, or contant your administrator." One thought I had is that we're still running a somewhat older version of ReqPro (7.0.1.0). Should that matter? Any other thoughts?

I am not sure the answer you are looking for but I have seen many successful imports of RequisitePro projects, especially with V4.0.1

This help topic provides some guidance and indication of restrictions

Can you check the rm log file and check for any error message?
