Pulling data from RTC 2.2: Database Schema Info
I want to create some custom reports by pulling the data from the RTC database into the Insight data warehouse. I have the created the connection to the RTC database but it has 408 tables. I want to pull the data that one can see in the "Overview" tab such as Type, Severity, Priority, Found in etc.
I am seeking info on the RTC tables that has this data so that I can create the queries in the ETL to pull the data only from the selected fields of the selected tables. Any pointers / contacts that can help map the fields in the Overview tab to the tables in the RTC database schema will be highly appreciated?
BTW, as a test, I have managed to configure the default RTC jobs "Loop_RTC2.0" and was able to view the data in the system reports.

The wiki page Jeff pointed you to is the authoritative source of the schema doc for RTC 2.x and 3.0. Please follow up in this thread if you need more information or if any of the descriptions aren't clear.
