RQMExcelWordImporter has issue to set the state of test case

HI ALL:
I tried to import test caes to RQM using RQMExcelWordImporter tool, I tried to set the state of test case and test scripts status as weil, after I export to RQM successfully, the state shows as request, but when I try to move the next state, I found there was no selections in the action list, does anybody know why? and how to resolve this issue? below is my script to set the state in the cfg file: testscript.jzalm:state="Approved" testcase.jzalm:state="Under Review" |

If this is still reproducible, please upgrade RQM (https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and RQM Excel/Word Importer (see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter) and retry this scenario.
