RTC 301 Beta 3 - JTS won't shut down

Installed Beta 3 yesterday with RTC, RRC and RQM with no apparent issues.

When I attempt to stop the Jazz server, I get this error:

......

which repeat about once per second over and over and over again.

Anyone else seen this issue?

The Jazz server is running on Win2003 server.
