Has anyone completely modified the fields, forms and workflow of a record in
RTC yet ? The XML data does not lend itself well to the new user and so I
would like to know if there is any information on how to do this. These
tasks are very easy in the ClearQuest designer and I would like to think
that the same will apply in RTC.

tasks are very easy in the ClearQuest designer and I would like to think
that the same will apply in RTC.

There are editors for types, workflows, editor layouts and most other
process configuration aspects. Depending upon the release that you are
using, you have to activate the corresponding 'Process Configuration'
tab from the preferences (Team Process).

IIRC, the editors were available in an experimental state (thus the
preference) in M6 and are always visibile in builds >= RC1.
