SQLServer - implications of setting case insensitive

A customer has noted the following in the installation information for SQLServer as the database for RTC:

"Important: The CS parameter in the above command, alters the JTS database collation to case sensitive. When you install the Microsoft SQL Server, ensure that the case sensitive database collation is selected so both the tempdb and jazz database are case sensitive"

Their corporate build, however, comes with system collation Latin1_General_CI_AS - where _CI sets case insensitive.

Will this break RTC?

thanks
