 Hi,
how can i see all my pending reviews and all the reviews i need to approve in Eclipse client?

You make a work item query and add the "Approvals" condition. For the condition, you specify "approvals pending by" and choose yourself. You can then save this as a personal query.

You can then run the query by double clicking on the query node in the Team Artifacts view (located at: <project area node> / Work Items / My Queries).

You can also add this query to the Team Dashboard view (which is something I do).
