Can the ClearQuest Importer use a CQ test database

Is there anyway to have the RTC ClearQuest importer connect to a user database that is defined as a test database?

No, this is no way today.

The CQ Importer is calling the CQ CM API interface which does not return the "test" database as a user accessible database.

Feel free to submit a RFE if you think this use case is critical to you and there is no workaround.

It is just a few clicks in the designer to make a test database to a production database (if the scheme is checked in) and vice versa.
