Reply to work item emails

Is there any plans for supporting functionality where if a user responded to an RTC email about a work item that the reply could get put in as a comment? Just curious.

Thanks,
Mike

There has been a long-running discussion on this here

Please add your support to this work item.

Also - I believe a business partner has implemented this functionality (CM-Logic) - you may want to check with them
