XML Parsing Error after RTC 3.0 upgrade

I am facing an XML Parsing Error after RTC 3.0 upgrade.

All the steps for RTC upgrade as mentioned in the infocenter went fine.
Later when i open the Project Area-->Associations-->Add ,
The popeup appears with the below error msg

"Failed to determine link types. Problem occurred reading the artifact container catalog:
Unable to load URL: https://ch2dlfx021.in.ibm.com:9445/jazz/oslc-scm/catalog, Status: 200"

If i open the url mentioned in the error msg it shows the below message

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: https://ch2dlfx021.in.ibm.com:9445/jazz/oslc-scm/catalog
Line Number 418, Column 64:<dcterms>2010-Oracle Tools and Asset Harvesting & Dev  - 2010-VO-0221-00</dcterms>

Please let me know

Martin,
please open a work item on jazz.net.
Using:
http://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem
and:
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/FilingDefects
so as to ensure you provide all details / logs.
