Hi
Is there a way to associate a workitem to a changeset which has been delivered to the stream by another user. When i try to associate a workitem to the changeset similar to the one mentioned , i am getting a permission denied error.

The error message also mentions that only the owner of the changesets or users of group jazzadmins can do so.

Please suggest a work around.
