Rational Team Concert and Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse 12c

Can we use RTC Jazz SCM with Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse 12c?

With this integration, is it possible to link a subversion revision to RTC Work item? (Here is what I got from RTC integration with Subversion https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.rational.clm.doc/helpindex_clm.html&scope=null ) as

Two styles of collaboration are supported:

• You can import the contents of a Subversion repository to one or more Rational Team Concert source control components.
• If you install a Subversion client for Eclipse into the Eclipse instance that supports Rational Team Concert, you can link Subversion revisions to work items.

So my query is - is this possible with RTC, Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse 12c and SVN?

OR

SVN is not required here as RTC Jazz SCM and Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse 12c can work together directly.
