Not displaying proper icons in project dashboard area
RTC is no longer displaying the correct icons for a number of enumerations in dashboard area. This is happening across ALL PROJECT AREAS.
It is just displaying the "task" icon for all of the following:
- Severity icons
- Priority icons
- custom enumerations ("Yellow" in "RYG Status" enumeration)
- work item status (some - resolved, in progress and more)
These icons were displayed perfectly earlier, but not sure why it is not displaying proper icon symbols now.
Please let me know what can be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Did you recently move to a new version of the product before the icons stopped working? If so, what version are you running now?
Also, just to clarify are you seeing two task icons for your viewlets that had other additional icons or are the previously configured icons simply missing? If you open the viewlet settings area, does it still show the custom icons selected? If you set them back manually and save the viewlet, does it work?

No. we haven't moved/migrated to new version. We are using RTC 2.0.0.2 version.
When i opened the viewlet setting area and set them back manually also gives the same problem. It shows in correct enumuration icon image which is 'task' image for all custom ones.
It looks like for me, the path for the icon image is not loading properly in the browser isn't it?
These custom icons are part of the project ->Project Configuration->Configuration Data->WorkItems->Enumerations->Icons.
The same can be seen in 'Links' tab also.
