RTC Source Control security setting

Hi,

Anybody knows how to set the element security setting in RTC source control. Can we define security access for individual file for example Directory X has owner userA with full permission and Directory X can be accessed by userB and UserC with read permission, userD with no access?

That is not currently possible. It is being proposed as a high priority
enhancement in work items 63844 and 118445.
