RTC work item search "No Work Item Found"
I have an issue with a team that I moved the RTC console from one server to a new server. In the old location the user was able to see all Work Items, APAR #s, PMR #s, etc... Now on the new server they seem to see some info but not others when doing a search in the Web UI under work items tab. Is there a way to get the RTC to do a resync of the info to gather the list of Work Items, PMR, APR etc... for populating latest full text search?
