Migrate from Windows to Linux

I'm trying to migrate from Windows Server 2008 and RTC 4.0 to Linux and RTC 4.0.1...but the update-scripts don't run...because they dont't exist in the windows-installation. There are only batch and now shell - files.

How i have to do this? Thanks for your help!
