I can not remove duplicated accounts

jon chen (4611715) | asked May 14 '08, 6:38 a.m.
I have two questions about it.

#1, I don't know the differences between name and userid, when create account.

#2, I create an account with named "jon", userid "jon chen".
Then, I think it should be named "jon chen", userid "jon". I have archived one account. But, on the http://localhost:9443/jazz/admin, I find two entries for me. How can I remove one entry?

I find RTC is lack of some way to remove something, such as project are, team area. From the personally perspective, I don't like "archive". Just a suggestion....

The userid is used as the login name for a person (jon).
The name is the real name of the person (Jon Chen), and displayed in Team Concert, for instance when you reply to a work item.
