how to get user list in dropdown?

Pravin Patil (104138133) | asked Apr 24 '15, 7:06 p.m.
 Hi,
I want to add a attribute "Person Responsible:" and it should provide me a list of all members/users added to the project area to allow me select a user. Just as what we have for "Owned by:".
How to get this list?

  1. Open the project editor and goto the Process Configuration tab.
  2. Expand Project Configuration -> Configuration Data -> Work Items -> Types and Attributes
  3. Under Work Item Types, choose the work item where the attribute will be added
  4. Under Attributes, click on Add to create the new Attribute
  5. Specify a Name and ID
  6. Choose type Contributor
  7. Click OK
  8. Under Work Item Types, click on the pencil icon next to the editor you want to update (i.e. Work Item Editor)
  9. Expand the Tab and Section where you want the new attribute
  10. Click on an attribute near where you want the new attribute and click on Add Presentation
  11. For Attribute, choose the attribute you just added
  12. For Kind, choose Contributor
  13. Repeat 9-12 for other work item editors if necessary

I see all the project area members listed in dropdown. Is there a way to display only few members and hide remaining (for e.g. client names)?
