Hi
Does anyone know how to setup monitoring of a Jazz (JTS) server health by Tivoli so that automatic alerts can be raised of any potential JTS or CCM server problems ?

Are you using WebSphere Application Server at the back end? If so, you can try ITCAM for WebSphere. JTS and CCM are just web applications from Tivoli monitoring tools point of view.
