Can projects in two different Jazz tools have the same name?

We are installing RTC and RQM. Our projects will use both tools. Can project xyz be named in RTC and RQM? Or does Jazz require that the project names be unique (for example, xyz_RTC and xyz_RQM) even though they are in different databases?

The project area name uniqueness restriction only applies within a
single repository, not across different repositories. Currently, RTC
and RQM cannot share a single repository, so the project area names in
an RTC repository have no effect on the project area names in an RQM
repository.
