How to created stream and workspace on RTC web client?

I know how to use Eclipse with RTC plugin to create stream and workspace.My experience with RTC is that almost all operations in Eclipse client can also be done in web client.

Could anyone please help me to create the stream and workspace on web.

thereis currently no function on the web client to do these operations..

you can VIEW a stream, but not create one
