Problem in mapping TCs to Requirement using import utility

I'm using a config file to import test cases and test scripts and map them to requirements into RQM using the import utility provided by RQM

Format in which TC are maintained in xls
Test Name,Description,Step Name,Step Description, Expected Result


I want to link a requirement to each test case .but its not working.Can anyone help please?


ie I have 2 requirements ,Req1 and Req2 and would want to map TC's 1-20 to Req1 and TC's 21-40 to Req2..
The first set of mapping happens successfully...but when i upload the second set Req2 to TCs 21-40,once it uploads the second set , the first Requirement Req1
gets deleted and all the TCS 1-20 are mapped to Req-2
