Web Reviewing Plane

I created a review, added some reviewers and started the review. The review works as expected with the eclipse client but in the Web Client, I don't see the Participant Review pane. Reviewer can't approve or reject artifacts via the website. The only thing they see is the Overall Review pane.

Are you using the same user on both the web client and eclipse client? By default if that user is the one who created the review the overall progress pane is shown but the reviewer participant pane should also be available with a "+" on that bar. If the "+" is present - does pressing it do anything?

If you don't see the participant bar at all - what license does that user have - only reviewer is needed? Also is the web user also a member of the review?
