RRC 3.0 is no longer integrated with RSA ?

In RRC 2.0, I can download RRC artifacts, and transform artifacts into RSA UML models. but I can not find download function in RRC 3.0 M13 and plan item in jazz.net.
RRC 3.0 is no longer integrated with RSA ?
We will be changing the integration model for supporting RSA and RRC moving forward.
The next release of RRC will not immediately support the current (RRC 2.x) method of working with RSA and UML as we make many architectural changes to RRC Next. We do appreciate the importance and customer priority of RSA integration (and other modelling tools). The new integration will be provided in a very near term RRC release.
