Process question
I know similar questions have already been asked on the forum already however I am interested if there is a more "up to date" answer. Out of the box, Rational Team Concert includes 3 processes. What are the key differences between them and when would a team want to chose one over the other?

Were you counting the Scrum Process template that should be included with the upcoming Beta 3? If not, that will get you to 4.
As to the differences, not sure how interesting that really is unless it is an academic exercise. If a team does not use the Eclipse Way process to manage their project and work, then they will not likely be happy using the Eclipse Way process template to setup their Project Area. Ditto for Scrum. I think the Cloudscape template is just a modified Eclipse Way template showing some customizations.
If the team says "We don't really have a process, which one is closest to what we do today?" you're in for a completely different discussion. :? I'm not sure what the shipping date is for the Chaos process template.
On a more serious note, the built-in docs for the templates describe the roles/ceremonies/artifacts or you can find Scrum and OpenUP here: http://www.eclipse.org/epf/. It is likely that the OpenUP template would be a reasonable match for a team that is using neither Scrum nor The Eclipse Way.
