Not able to list Artifacts from the Web Interface

Adil Chahid (45524118) | asked Mar 02 '11, 3:59 p.m.
Hi all,

From the RRC client we can list requirements from a specific Project's Requirements View.
when we do access the same tab from the Web Client, nothing gets dispayed anymore (Same filters and attributes): it only dispalys the following message:
Loading artifacts...

Do you have any idea why the Web UI behaves that way since we are able to access the requirements individually either from the Recenent Requirements section or from RTC (through an ALM integration).

Any clues on what may possibly happen there?

Thanks!

Which browser are you using?

Sometime we have seen problems with old browser cache, login's and cookies - you could try deleting them. Also have you tried a different browser, as sometimes there may be a bug in one browser and not the other.

The browser I use most is Firefox

Hi,
Tanks for the reply.
We did actually tried different browsers from multiple different locations.
We did try to access the concerned web pages with IE8, firefox 3.6 and unsupported browsers such as Chrome and Safari.
The behavior was the same each time.
Do you think that it has soething to do with indexation (during the setup process) since we've rebuilded the index for testing purposes, as required by the IBM Support team for another issue followed by a PMR.
Thanks.

Not sure, probably best to ask support. Obviously the client is making the request but either the server is not responding, or the client is not understanding the response. When I have problems in the past it has been due to things like the public URL or hostname not being set correctly.

Hi,

I am also facing the similar problem. Do you have any updates on your query?

Regards
Guru.
