SCRUM boards in RTC 3.0 - user work load row not appearing

IN the "Taskboard" view I don't see a user row with individual workloads as in the screen shot of "What's new in RTC 3.0" at:

http://jazz.net/blog/index.php/2010/10/26/countdown-to-the-next-rational-team-concert-part-i-planning-enhancements/

Am I missing anything?
