How do I change the Work Items Summary color when under Dark Theme?

It's very hard to read work item summaries when using a dark theme because the color is dark blue over a black background.  I was not able to find a preference to change this color and this impedes my ability to work well in this environment.

Then if you double click the work item in order to read the summary and details better there are large areas of white space when using the Dark Theme in Eclipse.  These areas include Description, Comments, Quick Information, and History. Dark theme is becoming increasingly popular, especially in Eclipse 4.8.  It would be nice to be able to permanently change these white areas to have a dark background so that they blend in nicely with the rest of the workbench.

 I switched away from the themes the RTC UI has problems with. You should create an enhancement request here: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/?BRAND_ID=1 .
