RQM and Windows explorer dm extension

I have set up an RQM evaluation at a customer. They currently use windows explorer dm extension to manage their documentation. The dm extension appears as a folder on the network in Windows Explorer.

However, from within RQM, when we go to attach a document to a workitem, this dm extension folder does not appear.

Has anyone else had this problem? If you have, did you fix it and how did you fix it?

If this is still reproducible, please upgrade RQM (https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and retry this scenario.  If the symptom is still reproducible, please open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
