  how i can i access this access it is not working for me (com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService)

I went to this  https://elitealm.wipro.com:9443/qm/service/com.ibm.team.repository.service.ITeamServerStatusContentService/  in this 
it is not working (com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService) please helpme
