Disable update database statistics job
Hi,
We are using RTC 2.0.0.2 ifix4 with MS-SQL database backend
The security inside our organization does not permit that jazzuser to have dbo permission. Because of this the update statistics job is always failing.
The DBAs are doing this update outside the app and told us it is not needed as a separate task inside RTC.
Can this job be disabled?
The error in the log is:
2011-02-16 12:58:24,432 ERROR ry.jdbcdriver.internal.sqlserver.SqlServerProvider - CRJAZ1257I Updating the database statistics failed.
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: User does not have permission to perform this action.
