Is it possible to update existing workitems with the Bugzilla / XML Import? I see in the Bugzilla configuration code, there is a mode variable in which the options are "Create | Update | Create_or_Update". However I'm not sure how to set this mode field in the bug.xml or custom XML mapping.

This is only supported for CSV import, not Bugzilla.

When updating existing (matching) work items with the CSV import, what column is used to do the matching?
