3.0 - Tooltip (attribute context help) not working?
Hi,
I'm not able to figure out how the attribute context help (tooltip) work... I defined a text within the "Description (optional)" field of the presentation for a specific attribute, but I cannot see it working as expected neither on Eclipse nor Web client.
On Eclipse, I see a like a link on the label, but when I hover over it, nothing appears... if I click it, I can see a message "Open Link" on the RTC status bar, but nothing happens.
On Web, nothing, no link, no icon, no tooltip at all.
Is there any precondition that I am missing? Anything else I should setup?
Thanks

I tried it as well and was able to get it to work on the Eclipse Client but not on the Web Client. I don't know if it's supposed to work on both.
All I did was add the text in the Description field of the attribute in the presentation.
I did additional testings on Eclipse, and found that it works for custom fields and SOME built-in fields. For example, it worked for "filed against" but not for "found in".
Nothing on web...
Do you experience the same?

I tested with the Severity field and saw it work on the Eclipse client but not the Web client. To be honest I didn't know the functionality was there until I read your post.
If it's not available for the Web client I probably won't use it. The majority of our team uses the Web client.
