How to add Schedule Constraints to other process than formal

Hi.

I want to customize my OpenUP Process (Scrum too) to add Schedule Constraints feature from the Formal Project Management process template.

I followed the procedure which is given in Adding formal project management features to a process template
from 1 to 6 steps.

After these steps, "Constraint type" attribute and "Constraint date" attribute are successfully represented on the workitem editor (both eclipse and web).
but in spite of setting "As soon as possible" constraint type, I can set Constraint date.
(In case of Formal process, if constraint type is set to "As soon as possible", constraint date attribute cannot be set.)

So my Question is :
Procedures from Infocenter are correct?
Has anyone added Schedule Constraints successfully?

Here are the steps substituted for 6.c step, I did.

1. Open Project area.
2. Click Process Configuration tab.
3. Click Project Configuration > Configuration Data > Work Items > Editor Presentation
4. Click Overview tab > Details Section.
5. Add "Constraint Type" presentation.
5.1. Click "Add Presentation".
5.2. Select "Attribute-based Presentation", and "Constraint Type" as Attribute, "Enumeration" as Kind.
5.3. Click "OK"
6. Add "Constraint Date" presentation.
6.1. Click "Add Presentation".
6.2. Select "Attribute-based Presentation", and "Constraint Date" as Attribute, "Constraint Date" as Kind.
6.3. Click "OK"
7. Add "Required Constraint Date Precondition" Operational Behavior
7.1. Click Team Configuration > Operha-iation Behavior
7.2. Click Work Items > Save Work Item(server)
7.3. Click "Add" button on Preconditions section
7.4. select "Required Constraint Date Precondition".
7.5 Click "OK".
8. save Project area.

The following is my environment:

server:
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Service Pack 2
Tomcat Application Server v5.5
Jazz Team Server, Change and Configuration Management v3.0

client:
Microsoft Windows XP Standard Edition Service Pack 3
Rational Team Concert Client V3.0

thanks in advance.
