RTC 3.0 and eclipse 3.5 - how to replicate the setup

Hi,

We are using RTC 3.0 plugin in Eclipse 3.5. We have done the intall and its working ok.

We wanted the complete team to install this setup so we copied this eclipe to other machines but the rtc plugin is not working there.
Is it that we have to intall rtc 3.0 on all machines?
is there some easy way to replicate the setup on other machines?
