User Capacity in RTC
Is there a way to record individual user capacity in RTC? On resource level and not on plan/team level. Similar to scheduled absences for user.
The requirement here is to create a report using BIRT which reports on all total user capacity (excluding time for scheduled absences)
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

The reporting component does not expose pre-computed capacities for users. Your BIRT report would have to compute those.

Hi Rafik,
Absences are recorded for individual users but the capacity is part of planning component so its limited to a project. How can I compute (based on what values) the individual capacity of users (across multiple projects) and taking scheduled absences into consideration? I appreciate your help.
