Apologies, RTC 3 will not work with RSA v7.5. It does work on RSA v8.x, are you able to upgrade RSA to v8?

I would not expect it to work since RTC 3.0 ships on Eclipse 3.5.2. There may be changes that depend on 3.5.2.

At the moment we cannot upgrade to RSA v8, so I guess I may only install RTC 2.0 ...

Hi,

we have plans to spread RTC install base in 2011 but we have an major technical issue with RTC v3. RTC v3 Eclipse client does not work on RAD,RSA v7.5 - current development environment.

Currently only option to implement RTC v3 is to migrate all IBM development tools to v8 and that is not valid option for customer.

They do not have plans to migrate to RAD/RSA v8 development enviroment in 2011.

I saw "Apologies, RTC 3 will not work with RSA v7.5", but if anyone has acceptable solution that supports RTC v3 client on RAD and RSA v7.5 or RTC v3 fixpack I will appreciate.

Our client do not have to support all latest v3 features, but just to support RTC v2 features and than customers can quicker implement RTCv3 into their environment.

Thank you.

I opened a defect requesting Eclipse 3.4 support on RTC 3:
