End Active Services Forcefully due to BIRT Report

Hello,

We have RTC 2.0.0.2 installed with iFix4. We currently have a situation where we have a report which was designed using BIRT initiated in one of the client machine about 17 hrs back. The user has got an output "Undefined" and hence closed the report. But, in the background it still shows up in the Active Services page. We have never had a situation like this before and are not sure of the cause at the moment.

An immediate question now, is there anyway we can kill or end this report that is running in the background?
