Create Plan Problems (OpenUp)

I am having problems creating and viewing a plan. There is an error on creating the plan, but a plan gets placed in the Team Artifacts Plans folder. Any attempt to look at the plan results in the same error message as on creation. It is not clear if this is a creation problem or a retrieval problem.

This is occurs only in a project that was set up using the OpenUp process template. We are using a new install of RTC v2.0.0.2 iFix5 and Oracle for the database.

An error code associated with this is: CRJAZ1037I. Here is the beginning of the error message itself:

Hello,
some way similar to 87533, but hard to diagnose here with a partial log
only (I would expect other ORA error in the log).
I propose you open a jazz.net work item (defect) with full details and
logs - check https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/FilingDefects
and
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/viewfile/Main/FilingDefects?rev=1;filename=CLM_MustGather.txt

Please subscribe me to the new work item, or add "@support" in a comment
to the work item.

Thanks.
