Installation failed

I downloaded the trial version v2. But both server and client can't be installed.

Server install error: Failed to load bundle com.ibm.rational.teamconcert.serverrun.

Client intsall error: Failed to load bundle com.ibm.jre.check.version

Can anyone help me?

This is resolved. Need to copy RRCS/disk1 to RRCS_SETUP, same for the client.
