Project area creator no longer added to default team area

In the Jazz Tutorial, it says that when you create a project area, your user ID will automatically be added to the default team area that is created. This no longer seems to be the case in M5. Is this a bug in M5, or does the Jazz Tutorial need to be updated for this new design?

It's an intentional change. The user who created the project area is now
added as a project area administrator instead. The doc just hasn't been
updated yet.
